Position Title: Chiropractor (Independent Contractor) – Ely
Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire
Commencement Date: flexible
Contract Duration: 6-month self-employed agreement (with the potential for extension and transition to a full-time role)
Join our forward-thinking chiropractic center in Ely as an independent chiropractor. We're on the hunt for a passionate professional eager to start part-time, with the thrilling opportunity to grow into a full-time position as our clinic evolves. Your main duties will involve assessing, diagnosing, and managing musculoskeletal conditions with a focus on spinal health and holistic wellness. This role allows you to deliver personalized treatments in a supportive setting, leveraging state-of-the-art chiropractic techniques for optimal recovery and health improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including reviewing medical histories and conducting physical assessments
Diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and develop customized treatment plans
Implement chiropractic adjustments and manual therapies to alleviate pain and improve mobility
Advise patients on posture correction, ergonomic practices, exercise regimens, and lifestyle modifications for long-term well-being
Maintain accurate patient records following healthcare guidelines
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
Adhere to all safety standards including hygiene protocols

Preferred Qualifications:
Accredited Chiropractic degree
Registration with GCC or comparable UK regulatory organization
BCA/UCA insurance coverage
Comprehensive understanding of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal systems
Strong communication skills capable of engaging diverse clientele
Chiropractor eager for continuous learning opportunities in clinical skills advancement
Adherence to ethical standards ensuring patient privacy
Previous clinical experience is advantageous but not compulsory; training provided
Contract & Compensation Details: Independent contractor arrangement
Initial 6-month contract
Compensation based on commission model (details provided during interview process)
